I came to see Matt regarding preparation for the  2023 athletics season. He quickly identified a few areas to focus on and I’ve been working with Matt to sort them out. I am really impressed with his expertise and understanding of the needs of sprint athletes, especially of the older variety,  and I am already noticing an improvement in my strength and speed. I also see Lola who is working wonders with an ongoing Achilles problem and Sian whose sports massages are a highlight of my week. Superb team of professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been going to Matt for nearly a year now for the initial treatment and now maintenance follow ups. It has helped my back so much. Not only has the discomfort become manageable or stayed away but Matt has made suggestions for day to day habits that have prevented my issue coming back. This is a problem I have always had and just put up with but finally I have seen positive changes through treatment. Matt is very knowledgable and always friendly and welcoming. I had several sessions at Core Chiropractic to treat a frozen shoulder and I was very happy with the treatment. A friendly welcome, excellent treatment from Lola, as well as getting advice and exercises tailored to my needs. Matt adjusted my back a few times when he was working in London last year. He is quickly able to understand the symptoms/pain you are experiencing and act upon it. Core Chiropractor always get to the nub of problem, whatever it is, really quickly and get straight onto administering the necessary treatment. I've been to see Matt several times over the years and have always been impressed with his knowledge, expertise, post-appointment support, and results! More recently, I've had a problem with my knee that has resulted in me having Shockwave Therapy with Lola, and it/she has worked wonders.

Had a severe lower back injury for several weeks which had plateaued off and not improved. After 2 sessions of physio and shock wave therapy with Lola it's 100% again. Very professional and effective service with clearly expert staff.
