When playing rugby I was treated by a Chiropractor as part of our support team. His combination of skills and results helping me was the reason why I began my journey into Chiropractic. I try to use a variety of techniques and approaches to help my patients to stay pain free, active and able to prevent future problems.
Matt is a Sports Chiropractor with years of experience treating pitchside and a qualified Personal Trainer. He uses a combination of chiropractic approaches, his techniques include Chiropractic manipulation, Dynamic Massage, Dry Needling Acupuncture, Cupping, Rock Tapping and Focused Rehab.
When Matt isn’t at work he is either running around with his Family or running around training for various marathons or upcoming events. He understands the importance of hobbies and so he loves to keep his patients doing what they love.

Lola Chesney
Physiotherapist
Lola is a Physiotherapist with a background in personal training and nutrition coaching.
Through working with clients in the gym, my focus developed into that around injury prevention and rehabilitation, leading me to take a Batchelor’s degree in physiotherapy.
With a history in strength and conditioning, and Olympic lifting, I can help you to move better and with less pain, while improving your form in the gym and in every day life.
In clinic, I’ll use manual techniques and guided rehab programmes to aid tissue repair, and build up strength and mobility, respectively. I also use electrotherapies, including Shockwave and Ultrasound to aid tissue healing and speed up your recovery process.
I go above and beyond for my patients and can offer nutritional and training advice where appropriate, as well as offering more structured coaching alongside, or separate to, your physiotherapy journey.
Zbynek Zatlouka
Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist
I am a qualified personal trainer and Sport massage therapist.
For 15 years I was a professional chef. I catered for numerous sporting events where I cooked for professional athletes with differing nutrition needs. This experience has helped me understand the key elements of nutrition in sports.
About 5 years ago I decided to change career and made the transition to the second love of my life – fitness. I started working in a gym and then qualified as a sports massage therapist.
This has enabled me to use exercise and soft tissue therapy to help people with sports injuries. I have also helped people to prepare for specific sporting events and to build confidence in their exercise regime. I practice at Core Chiropractic specialising in Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Rehab and Taping Techniques.
