Trapped Nerves
The most common types of trapped nerves include sciatica in the leg and radicular pain going from the neck into the shoulder and arm.
Trapped nerves can be caused by pressure from either spinal discs, spinal joints or surrounding muscles. Initial relief can be created by muscular release with nerve mobility exercises. However the underlying cause maybe from other factors including core stability, hip or shoulder mobility or stiff spinal joints can all be needed to correct as part of preventative care.
Chiropractors will help inform you of where the nerve pressure is, what your road ahead includes and what you need to do in the future to prevent re-occurrence.
