Matt is a Brighton Chiropractor who loves getting his patients pain free but he really loves making them stronger better movers ready for what life has in store.
He is dedicated to explaining in detail what is specifically causing his patients pain, fixing the problem and then educating the patient how to make their body operate the best it can. He combines physical therapy sessions in the clinic treatment rooms with rehabilitation and stability sessions in the exercise therapy room to tailor make a program to help his patients progress far beyond a simple pain free state.
Matt uses a combination of Chiropractic manipulation, spinal mobilisation, neuro-mobilisation and a wide range of myofasical release techniques such as facilitated release, myofascial tool release, dry needling (acupuncture) and sports massage. When they have become pain free, Matt helps each patient strengthen their entire body using specific muscle testing and spinal adjustments to stimulate and awaken inactive muscle groups.
Being a keen rugby player, basketball player, weight trainer and now getting older turning his attentions to long distance running, matt is active and installs that motivation behind a lot of his treatment.
“I was introduced to Chiropractic at my rugby club in Bristol after having multiple injuries and instantly wanted to be part of the healthcare profession in the future. I studied Physics with Medical Physics at Exeter University and then progressed onto the 5 year long Chiropractic degree the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. Since then I have worked in multiple Chiropractic and multi-profession clinics in London before using the best aspects of each clinic and combining into building Core Chiropractic”
He is a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
