Bad Posture
Bad posture is something your do and not something you have. However there are aspects of your anatomy which are preventing you from doing it better.
Firstly a Chiropractor can indicate why and where your posture may need correcting. Then with a course of your manipulation, home mobilisation and stretching with targeted strengthening you can hold better posture easily for longer whenever and wherever.
Better posture is seen to improve your spinal health and can improve the communication between the spinal cord to all other areas of the body. With an organised spine you can be stronger, more co-ordinated and less susceptible to fatigue. Better posture is also linked with increased confidence and better mental health.
